Location: San Francisco, CA
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 /Hour
Perform administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors.
~ Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing.
~ Book travel arrangements
~ Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
~ Extensive software skills, Internet research abilities and strong communication skills are required.
Great organizational and communication skills
~ 2+ years of experience in related role and industry
~ Proficient in Microsoft Office
~ The ability to multi-task
~ A good attitude and eager to learn
