Job Requirements

- Preferred skills include an understanding of networking such as switching and routing - Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments - Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds - 1+ years of experience supporting PC and Mac hardware and software, as well as knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, and WAN - Proficiency in PC skills - MS Outlook experience preferred - Solid understanding of customer service - Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement - Strong problem solving and analytical skills
