Robert Half Technology is seeking a skilled IT Support Tech with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical users in an easy-to-understand and concise format for a company in the Healthcare, Hospitals, Social Assistance field. Problem solvers who prefer to work in a challenging and positive environment may succeed this IT Support role. This IT Support Tech role is long-term temporary-to-full-time in nature and is based just northwest of Pittsburgh, PA.

How you will make an impact

- hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors

- Administer support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems

- Fix computer problems, and recommend appropriate action/solutions

- Provide computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures

- Retain, investigate, and restore computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals

- Interact regularly and effectively with ticket submitters

- Create records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities

Job Requirements

- 3+ years of desktop support or other related experience - End-User Support experience - Deep understanding of Ticketing System - Deskside Support experience - General familiarity with Microsoft Windows - Adeptness in Provide Technical Support - Knowledge of Hardware Troubleshooting - Demonstrated knowledge of Superior Customer Service - Remote Desktop Support experience desired - Ability to quickly write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
